We proudly like to announce that we have successfully concluded the sales of the majority shareholding in HealthyProteins B.V. to Vitaefit B.V. on the 1st of May 2024 as part of our long-term strategic plan.

HealthyProteins B.V. (founded 2020) in The Netherlands is a supplier of (organic) plant-based proteins for various high end applications with a special focus on specialty nutrition. In recent years we have developed an unique supply chain with partner manufacturers. We like to serve the needs of our customers with sustainable solutions. We adhere to the strict high quality and performance criteria. We support customers, like us, that are committed to grow a vegan portfolio with plant based proteins .

Vitaefit B.V. is a company based on natural ingredients development originating from plant, algae, seaweed, and fermentation.

Johan Kamphuis has taken over the position of managing director from Arnauld van Hees (founder). Arnauld has stepped down from his functions in the company to pursue new life goals. However, he will remain available for consulting and support to HealthyProteins B.V.
Geannys Gonzalez, co-founder and sales director, will keep on pushing and monitoring the commercial activities of HealthyProteins, alongside Johan Kamphuis.

Johan Kamphuis has 30 plus years of global experience on C-level and senior executive roles in the health, wellness and functional food industry and this capacity he is brining many new welcome entries to the company. Johan is passionate and highly energized by growing smaller businesses into high growth financially outstanding professional performers in the nutraceutical industry.

With this development we harness the company to be ready for its next stages of growth which we look forward very much developing with you all.
